Phils Last Stand specializes in charred Polish, salami sandwiches, fried jumbo shrimp (1/2 pound for $10 and 1 pound for $18), and homemade mac and cheese. The menu includes special items for children as well, including kiddie mac and cheese with chopped char dog. The menu options range from $3.50 to $18.00 and is open late to provide an affordable dining option after last call.

In addition to menu options, Phils Last Stand introduces Fatsos Challenge. The challenge pits a persons hunger against the clock, daring mere human beings to finish a gargantuan Po Boy and fries in 45 minutes. Winners will receive a T-shirt and a $50 gift voucher for the Lockdown Bar and Grill, with whom the Last Stand has been opened as a joint venture.
