CapitalHeight's stock recommendation for 03/02/12 is Hindalco Industries.Hindalco industries has been in continuous downtrend for the past few months making lower top and lower bottom in a downward trend channel. Recently the stock has bottomed out and breached its downward channel upward resistance trend line and reversed to uptrend. The stock has been witnessing better volumes as well and in the near term it is expected to test next level at 163 and if that is broken then may target 190 in short term.
Our recommendation on Hindalco is BUY above 159 for Target of 162 & 165.

MARKET WRAP FOR EQUITY
* Indian market ends moderately up; Nifty was up 34 pts, Sensex up 131 pts.
* Britain's Manufacturing PMI came at 52.1; Euro CPI Flash estimate y/y at 2.7%.
* European markets were flat with FTSE worst; Dow future was down 16 pts.
The market remains flat today. Capital goods, technology, private banks and metals stocks, and Bharti Airtel helped the market. Nifty was up 34 pts at 5270 & Sensex up 131 pts to settle at 17432. Euro markets were flat with DAX down 7 pts at 6610, CAC down 3 pts at 3365 & FTSE down 16 pts at 5774. Dow Future was down 16 pts.
