Al Hassan Group holds "Talent Appreciation" program.
In order to appreciate the employees' children's excellent performance in academics, the Group rewarded and recognised the children of the employees through "Child Appreciation" Programme.

Talent appreciation goes hand in hand in ensuring professional excellence and positive outcomes for the organisation. We focus on employee aspirations and ensure the work-life balance and personal/professional improvement through various initiatives of Talent Appreciation. This goes a long way in ensuring employee engagement and feeling of connectedness with the Group.
A "Talent Appreciation" Program was recently held to formally reward and recognize the employees for their innovative ideas and their children for meritorious academic performance and also to inaugurate the Employee Newsletter.
Mr. Salim Naseer Al-Hadhrami, Director General Employment, Ministry of Manpower, inaugurated the Employee Newsletter along with senior management of Al Hassan Group including Chairman, Mr. Hassan bin Ali Salman, Managing Director, Mr. Maqbool Ali Salman, Mr. Peter Hall, CEO - Al Hassan Engineering Co. SAOG and Eng. Talal Al Assaad, CEO - Manufacturing & Trading, Al Hassan Group.
The Employee Newsletter helps all the employees to contribute their ideas for the benefit of the Group. This establishes a strong link between employees and the Group. Employees' as well as Group's achievements are highlighted in the newsletter - "Al Multaqa". The name suggests that we sit together, respect each other, bring ideas and do some constructive things together.
Mr. Hadhrami in his speech said that he was quite happy to see such a function happening where employees are given importance, rewarded and recognized.
The Program started with Mr. Shahzad Sadan, GM - Organisation Development giving an overview about the various "Talent Appreciation" initiatives, the Group has undertaken.
Mr. Hassan Ali Salman emphasised that the Group has transformed itself to its' current position today as one of the leading business groups in Oman because of the employees dedication and commitment. "Initially, there were only 3 Omani employees in the Group and today we have Omani employees working at all levels of the organizational hierarchy. The Group's continues to induct Nationals in all categories and develop them for future leadership roles. Today we have over 1200 Omani employees out of 4000 + total strength of the Group.
Mr. Peter Hall, CEO-AHEC, said, "Employees' Sports talent needs to be appreciated as it ensures work-life balance. We also encourage sports and believe that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Our Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis teams have been doing well and recently our Cricket team has won its first match in the OCC tournament in this season".
The Program ended with vote of thanks by Mr. Murtadha Mohsin, Head - Omanisation & Administration who thanked the Chief Guest. He also thanked all the children and employees for their active participation.
