Seattle, WA (prHWY.com) December 15, 2011 - Hollywood has always been about being bold, sassy and unique, and one new restaurant opening in downtown Hollywood is taking this all to a new level. Combining people's love of books with a desire to eat five-star cuisine that is simply breathtaking this new restaurant will be sure to please.

Taking a little from every corner of the globe, these five-star cuisines leave guests speechless and craving more. Each dish on the Bookworms at Heart menu has some theme or basis from some of the literary world's favorite books and authors.

"Reading is a favorite past time for many people all over the country so why not combine that with a love of culinary foods", says Sherry Thomasville founder of Bookworms at Heart. "I know I love reading and eating and I'm sure I'm not the only one so I was sure this restaurant venture was sure to be a hit."

Dishes at the Bookworms at Heart restaurant include appetizers that resemble the "Eat Me" tarts from Alice in Wonderland, French inspired cuisines for The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and desserts that look as if they were lifted from the welcoming feast out of the children's series Redwall. Bookworms at Heart also features take-home treats that look as if they just came off the sweets trolley from Harry Potter.

"Guests love reliving their favorite books while experiencing great cuisine from all over the world," Thomasville explains. "We have guests asking all the time if we can add such and such a dish from their favorite books to the menu."

Bookworms at Heart isn't just about the food it's also about the dining experience. Restaurant décor includes enlarged book covers of literary classics and a lounge area that is decorated to resemble a fancy library. Literary trivia cards are available on every table for guests to use while they wait for their food.

"We really wanted to embrace the whole literary theme not just in the food but also the atmosphere", Thomasville said. "If you are going to make it in the competitive world of Hollywood restaurants you gotta stand out from the pack and I think we do."

The restaurant has only officially been open a few weeks but has been in beta stages for three months. In that short time literary fans from all over the world have migrated to Bookworms at Heart.

"I have a 3,000 book library at home and just love to read", said Bookworms at Heart patron Timmy Silverson. "When I heard about this restaurant I knew I had to take my book club here to experience it. We're all book nuts and this certainly was a dining experience to remember. We'll definitely be back."
