PROJECTWELL SIGNS MOU WITH EBS FOR INDUSTRIALISED PRODUCTION OF HOUSES IN INDIA

Projectwell has signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with EBS of Belgium to introduce Eco-Friendly; Industrialised Production of houses in India.

Mumbai, India (prHWY.com) April 20, 2010 - Projectwell, India's premier Development Management Firm, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with EBS of Belgium to introduce Eco-Friendly; Industrialised Production of houses in India.
EBS, which originated in Europe and now spread across the globe, is a leader in industrialised production of houses. EBS now has an agreement with ProjectWell whereby such houses will be launched in India to tackle the large demand supply gap in the housing market. As the gap increases over time and is not a static number, ProjectWell believes that the solution is to build houses faster. EBS houses are over 70% faster to build. Besides this, such houses have several other advantages like lower energy requirements, eco friendliness and consistent quality. Currently a "India prototype" is being developed, mentioned Parthajeet Sarma from Projectwell.
