Together with other eminent IAB members such as Oscar winner Doug Chiang, Shinichiro Ishikawa - founder of Gonzo Studio in Japan, Trevor Yaxley - founder of Huhu Studios in New Zealand, Dr. Paul will provide guidance to the long term direction of ArtFusion Media School. In addition, as an auditor of the Australian Universities Quality Agency, Dr. Chan will help to ensure the high standard of the quality assurance program at ArtFusion.

Founded 25 years ago, HELP University, conferred full university status, has grown to a leading private university in Malaysia with about 14,000 students. It has been selected by Forbes as one of the best 200 companies in Asia under USD 1 billion.

Dr. Chan obtained his PhD in economics from the Australian National University. Before founding HELP, Dr. Chan was the chairman in the division of Applied Economics in the University of Malaya. He is a distinguished member in the ANU Alumni Hall of Fame.

Dr. and Mrs. Chan visited ArtFusion Media School recently on November 26, 2011 to provide guidance and to explore cooperation opportunities between the two schools.
