The Remi Group Sponsors an Eastern Bluebird Box in Bissell's Ballantyne Corporate Park

During the last week of October, Bissell Land Services installed an Eastern Bluebird Box sponsored by The Remi Group.

Charlotte, NC (prHWY.com) November 9, 2011 - During the last week of October, Bissell Land Services installed an Eastern Bluebird Box sponsored by The Remi Group. The #31 box is located amid the grassy area behind the Irby Building, home to The Remi Group's headquarters, along the 12th Hole of the Golf Club at Ballantyne. The boxes, scattered around Ballantyne Corporate Park, provide a safe nesting habitat and environment for the Eastern Bluebirds, who live in the area year round. The birds are cavity nesters, therefore ideal candidates for nest boxes, which are preferred when given a choice. Audubon International, a non-profit environmental organization, monitors the boxes and reports the activity data annually. We hope to see a nest of eggs in the near future!
