Hartland, WI (prHWY.com) October 6, 2010 - Qigong for Seniors was presented by Kathy Levac RN MS MQT at the National Qigong Association Annual conference in August and the National Wellness Conference in Stevens Point, WI in July. It was well received. Research supporting qigong's effects of perceived stress levels, sleeping, blood pressure, and weight loss was also presented.

Qigong like Tai Chi is extremely effective exercise yet it is very simple and easy to learn. It includes simple flowing movements, deep breathing and a meditative focus. Qigong is recommended by Harvard Medical School, Mayo Clinic, Oprah's Dr Oz, and the National Council on Aging.
