A good night's sleep is the secret to looking good says Gwyneth Paltrow

The boss of one of the world's biggest drinks company has threatened to cut jobs in the UK and move the business abroad over the 50p tax rate.

-, AR (prHWY.com) October 31, 2011 - Oscar winning actress and mother of two Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that getting enough sleep is how she keeps herself looking so good and when she doesn't get enough rest the night before it is noticeable in her looks.

In an interview with a radio station, the actress said: "For me, sleep is a major thing. I don't always get it, and when I don't, I look like I've been hit by a truck."

The Shakespeare in Love star has a very busy life but getting the correct amount of sleep on a luxury mattress is one of her top tips to keep herself looking at her best. As well as ensuring she gets enough rest she also drinks lots of water, undertakes a detox diet a few times a year and regularly works out with her personal trainer.

As well as running around after two children and a rockstar husband, Gwyneth has also been starring in episodes of hit TV show Glee and newly released film Contagion, and is currently filming for a new movie called Thanks For Sharing.
