MySexyContest kicks off annual 2011 Sexy Halloween Costume Photo Contest
Start getting your costumes and cameras ready for MySexyContest's the annual 2011 Sexy Halloween Costume Photo Contest!
DEADLINE: Closing deadline for submissions is 20 November 2011.
ENTRY to the competition is $5 USD.
An eligible entrant must be an individual and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
PHOTO SUBMISSIONS
Entrants can submit an unlimited number of entries per month. The photograph must be uploaded onto http://www.mysexycontest.com. Any photograph submitted must be the entrant's own work. The photo must be either a digital photograph or a high-quality scan.
THEME of the competition is Sexy Halloween Costumes.
SUBJECT: Photographs must be spooky, macabre, sexy, fantasy, cosplay, scary, ghoulish, ghastly, ghostly, undead, supernatural, in nature. You get the idea.
AGE GROUPS
* Adults (18 years old and up)
* The Young Crew (17 years old and under) - Entrants must have the permission of a parent or guardian
CATEGORIES
There is only one category: Halloween
Copyright policy:
The entrant must be the sole author and owner of the copyright. By entering your photograph into the competition, you grant to MySexyContest.com the non-commercial non-exclusive right to use your images for promotion of the MySexyContest.com online photo competition and for promotion of the MySexyContest.com 2011 Halloween Costume Photo Contest project in any media. Should MySexyContest.com want to use awarded images for commercial publications, this will only be done with prior written consent by the photographer and for a reproduction fee. The photographer will be credited whenever possible. Entrants must not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright or other rights of any person.
Usage rights:
1. By entering this contest you agree that any winning image or runner up images you submit may be used by MySexyContest.com solely for the purpose of this contest or future contests and no other purpose, these uses include; displaying the entries on the contest website, promotion of the contests and the photographers, cropping and re-sizing the image as necessary to fit pre-defined formats for the competition.
2. You hereby grant MySexyContest.com a non-exclusive, irrevocable license in each Entry for the uses described in 1. above for 1 year following the date of announcement of the winner, thereafter the image may be used for archival purposes on MySexyContest.com.
3. You acknowledge your responsibility for protecting your entry against image misuse by third parties, by for example, but not limited to, the insertion of a watermark, retaining exif (Exchangeable Image File) data. MySexyContest.com and its sponsors can assume no responsibility and are not liable for any image misuse.
4. Should any image uses beyond those needed for the contest arise you will be contacted and given the opportunity to negotiate any such usage with the parties concerned independently of the contest.
JUDGING Photographs are pre-selected by a panel of 2 Sexy Contest nominated judges.
These photographs will then be subject to an online web cast vote with the winner being the entrant whose photograph obtained the most votes.
FINAL JUDGING If your photograph reaches the final stage of judging for the Grand Finale, you may be asked to supply the original photograph in high resolution or slide format for best possible reproduction.
WINNERS AND RUNNERS-UP will be notified by email and displayed on the competition page.
OUR RIGHTS MySexyContest.com reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions.
Should the quality of entries fall below the standard required we reserve the right not to award prizes.
MySexyContest.com reserves the right to reduce the amount of the awards pro rata so as not to exceed the total net revenue of the Contest.
MySexyContest.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
INDEMNITY MySexyContest.com is not responsible for failure of receipt, loss or damage of any photographs entered in the competition.
Entrants indemnify MySexyContest.com and their sponsors of any responsibility in respect to damage and loss to entrant's belongings; death or injury as a result of the competition.
The judge's decision is final and prizes can't be exchanged.
