DEMAND MEMORANDUM No. 1 TO CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY GENRAL

WHEREAS, the People has delegated to the Attorney General the authorities to

investigate and criminally prosecute the Defendants of Environmental Crimes and the

Attorney General has an unconditional right pursuant to Government Code sec. 12006

to "intervene in any judicial, or administrative proceedings in which facts are alleged

concerning pollution or adverse environmental effects the public generally".

WHEREAS, while the Chinese Law Enforcement has recently jailed polluters and

dischargers of Chromium 6 in their Province's ground waters, (Web Link for Reference:

http://www.freshvegetablesfarm.com/news1.html ), nothing was done by the District

Attorney for identical ground waters pollution with Chromium 6 in the town of Hinkley,

California, by Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E Corporation), thus an

unprecedented lax of enforcement, all to the grave detriment of the society as a whole.

WHEREFORE, the Attorney General must commence the long overdue investigations

and prosecutions accordingly of the Polluter/ Discharger of the People's ground waters.

The People will not rest their case, until just and proper is served on all grounds.

WHEREFORE, there was/is an unprecedented silence, in regards to this issue, exhibited

by certain Governmental Agencies that can lead to allegations of co-conspiracy to

defraud the People of Hinkley, not limited to sustained Toxic Tort and Bodily Injury.

THEREFORE, the People rise and demand from the California Attorney General to

commence investigations and prosecutions accordingly, as deemed just and proper.
