DEMAND MEMORANDUM No. 2 TO DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE

WHEREAS, the People has delegated to the District Attorney's Office the authorities

to investigate and prosecute elected and/or appointed governmental officials, on the

grounds of utmost disregard of Public Integrity, Due Process of Law and on the grounds

of Corrupted Schemes, construed as Conspiracy to Defraud the People, the Taxpayers.

WHEREAS, the People has filed two Administrative Complaints, against the San

Bernardino County Assessor, with County's Board of Supervisors, who remained mute.

Complaints for unprecedented assessment schemes disregarding calamity, alleged as

above the law and corrupted, in assessing the real property value in the town of Hinkley,

despite the fact that the entire Nation knows that since the ground waters in the town of

Hinkley (the only source for potable water) were contaminated sixty years ago with

Chromium 6 and never clean it by the Polluter/ Discharger, are valued at ZERO dollar.

WHEREFORE, the District Attorney's Office must commence the long overdue (many decades

overdue) investigations and prosecutions accordingly of the entire County's Assessor's

staff.

The People, the Taxpayers will not rest their case, until just and proper is served on all

grounds.

THEREFORE, comes NOW, the People, the Taxpayers and DEMAND from the District

Attorney an investigation and prosecution accordingly, as sought and deemed just and proper,

on criminal grounds of corruption by said officials, all to the detriment of the People,

Taxpayers.
