DEMAND MEMORANDUM No. 1 TO DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE

WHEREAS, the People has delegated to the District Attorney's Office the authorities

to investigate and criminally prosecute the Defendants of Environmental Crimes.

WHEREAS, while the Chinese Law Enforcement has recently jailed polluters and

dischargers of Chromium 6 in their Province's ground waters, (Web Link for Reference:

http://www.freshvegetablesfarm.com/news1.html ), nothing was done by the District Attorney's

Office for identical ground waters pollution with Chromium 6 in the town of Hinkley, County of

San Bernardino, California, by Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E Corporation), thus

an unprecedented lax of enforcement, all to the grave detriment of the society as a whole.

WHEREFORE, the District Attorney's Office must commence the long overdue (over two

decades) investigations and prosecutions accordingly of the Polluter/ Discharger of the People's

ground waters. The People will not rest their case, until just and proper is served on all grounds.

WHEREFORE, the unprecedented silence, in regards to this issue, now at-issue, was and is

exhibited by other Governmental Agencies as well, and the People will seek, as well, investigation

of all Governmental Agencies exhibiting silence, that can lead to allegations of co-conspiracy to

defraud the People of Hinkley, California, not limited to sustained Toxic Tort and Bodily Injury.

THEREFORE, comes NOW, the People and DEMAND from the District Attorney's Office the

sought investigations and prosecutions accordingly, as deemed just and proper, of all: Polluter /

Discharger and these Governmental Agencies associated therewith the oversight, inclusive.
