Dallas, TX (prHWY.com) September 9, 2010 - There has been a rapid increase within the economy due to a increased speed within the economic quarter than ever anticipated. This is the case as growth has reached a rate that has not been achieved since the nineties, which could indicate further growth in the office leasing market.

Statistics can support these claims as they indicate that gross domestic product has grown in recent months, unpredictably rising above previous forecasts and estimates.

This one rise has been the largest within recent years; a figure that can perhaps be explained by record-breaking gains in the construction sector. As a result there will be a lot more office buildings, which will be great for up-and-coming businesses.

In recent weeks this figure has even increased further as the corporate sector has seen an increase in profits; which goes against early expectations and forecasts from economists for the sector and country as a whole.

However, experts still remain cautious, warning that the next financial quarter is likely to have a noticeable and highly significant increase in financial recovery, meaning that the possibility of future gains of the magnitude recently seen, is highly unlikely.

Jill Brand, an economist, said, "Although the pace of expansion in the quarter as a whole seems highly unlikely nevertheless possible that the country may still increase its financial performance and achieve highly significant output levels at the end of the quarter."

If this financial assessment is accurate then the country will experience significantly less unemployment because more companies will grow and employ more staff. This would also boost commercial real estate market as it could mean that office vacancy rates will improve as companies decide to take new office to accommodate their growth.

As a result, business will undoubtedly take these statistics as an indicator as to what will happen within their sector and will then make important business decisions for their company. However, many financial experts are cautioning companies about making these decisions as the economy may not be stable enough to warrant these decisions.

Michael Williams, a media financial advisor, said, "These figures are very strong evidence for an overall economic change, especially when put together with other figures showing specific increases in the levels of high street spending. That said, many economists, myself included, are warning the public that the recent set of statistics are perhaps all that we can hope for at this time, because slower growth may be the most likely result as we get towards the end of the year."

This is also the opinion of Lois Brady, who writes for the internet magazine EFT - Magazine Today. They said, "The figures and statistics, though an improvement, cannot be taken at face value, especially for making predictions. The gross domestic product at the present shows that the recovery that has been experienced is not secured or permanent. Many sectors are more than unlikely to continue to grow financially as the as performance is monitored over the next quarter. That said, I have many corresponds and they have said that their some of their clients have recently decided to move their company to Chicago office space and they appear to be thriving and making it work."

If this is the case then it is advised that companies be patient and assess the market, only then can they have an understanding of their industry and make the right decision for their company. It is therefore not advised to base decision on the current standing of the financial climate as reports are likely to change within the next economic quarter. Instead a company should try to work out the standing of their company, how it functions and whether it could withstand changes to the economy.
