LIBERTY LIVING WINS NSHS AWARD FOR SECOND YEAR RUNNING

Student accommodation provider Liberty Living has received the Best Moving-In Experience award in the 2011 National Student Housing Survey (NSHS).

London, United Kingdom (prHWY.com) August 31, 2011 - Student accommodation provider Liberty Living has received the Best Moving-In Experience award in the 2011 National Student Housing Survey (NSHS). This marks the second year in a row that Liberty Living has received one of these prestigious awards, having been voted Best Private Halls Provider in 2010.

Liberty Living's widespread UK Student housing spans across 42 student residences from Aberdeen to Southampton. Liberty Livings commitment to customer service is evident from the consistent service levels received by students across any one of the Liberty Living Student locations.

The NSHS is an annual survey carried out among students in higher education across the UK. It measures satisfaction levels in all types of accommodation and allows participating institutions to measure their performance against national and regional benchmarks. The 2011 survey attracted over 15,000 responses from more than 120 universities and colleges around the country.

The results showed that Liberty Living had significantly increased its 'very satisfied' scores from 2010 in key areas such as overall satisfaction, amenities, maintenance of accommodation and 'relationship with management'.
