Hinkley, California. Open Letter to California OEHHA and Lahontan Water Board

The People rise and respectfully request that the Lahontan Water Board and OEHHA stop exchanging Memorandums and get to the real issue, now at-issue on the table, to wit: The Memorandums serve no purpose to the grave impacts the People of Hinkley has sustained, inclusive of suffering an extreme infliction in mental distress due to being aware of their premature death sentence, imposed by the reckless acts of Pacific Gas and Electric Company / PG&E Corporation, not limited to recently alleged conspiracy to commit fraud, inclusive of co-conspiracy theory and as a direct result thereof what has being transpiring for the past 60 years, and not just of being subjected to the ultimate environmental injustice.
WHEREAS, the People from Hinkley are constantly getting ill, are dying one by one and it feels like of being murdered.
The People of Hinkley, California, are interpreting the Memorandums as procrastination methodology and not as solutions, all to the benefit of the special interest. Some, if not all of the People from Hinkley may be dumb, but not that stupid and therefore respectfully request from both agencies, inclusive thereof from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), to cease methodology that are not for the benefit of the Society as a whole, not limited to adopting goals that are unattainable and get real and timely, before is too late. [The sky is falling, in fact it is] Emphasis added.
Since there is no regulatory, either mandated, or codified into law threshold, specifically for the Chromium 6 [Cr +6 / Cr(VI)], under the Safe Drinking Water Act, there shall be no such thing as "background level of 3.1 ppb" and therefore such number should be construed as illusionary, hypothetical, speculative, grossly misleading and of no merit.
However, the detection levels of 1 ppb and 1.19 ppb respectively, are based upon myriad of scientific reports, white papers and regulatory agencies evidentiary documentation during the past two decades, and therefore, that must be the threshold standard for Chromium 6 [Cr +6 / Cr(VI)] in drinking waters, and not the threshold of 0.02 / 0.06 ppb, termed as "sunshine-illusionary-unattainable", if ever adopted, due to exerted pressure by the special interest, all to the detriment of a Society as a whole, being the dying and ghost town of Hinkley, California.
Statement, such as "Chromium six has been found to cause tumors in mice and rats at extremely high levels" is highly speculative, as well.
While, there are many scientific reports, addressing the issue of that when Chromium 6 [Cr +6 / Cr(VI)] is in the stomach of a human, it will convert to Chromium 3 (Cr III), however such statement is not totally true for all humans. In certain humans it can converts in minutes, but in other humans cannot fully converts to Cr III, regardless of dose administered for conclusive experimental purposes. Thus, to introduce the word "extremely high level", it is not only meaningful and illusionary as to what is extremely high number, say 1, or million, or trillion, or zillion, but meritless.
The undisputable fact remains, that stomach's gastric juices would be unable to break down all of the Chromium+6, (also think of a human thereafter gallbladder removed by a surgery and "chromium plated" gallstones, a tons of it), thus only limiting the carcinogenicity of ingested Chromium+6, and not eliminating it altogether, causing cancer and damage to the kidneys, the liver and blood cells through oxidation reactions, causing hemolysis, a condition in which red blood cells rupture, renal and liver failure, painful stomach ulcer and intestines failure, being just few of the diseases caused by a this carcinogen.
It is known fact, that between 1996 - 2008 the Hinkley town reported 196 cancer cases for population of 1,915, which equates to roughly 853 cases/100k population per year while others reported 359/100k/yr over a same period, thus Hinkley had 435% more cancer cases than all others.
There is no known prevention for fibromyalgia. Cause: By traumas.
