Chromium 6 Hinkley California Lawsuits, Debuts
Class Action and a separate and distinct civil lawsuits and the respective criminal complaints, are sought to be filed by a numerous law firms.

Since all lawsuits are on contingency basis, certain law firm may not participate, not limited to conflict of interest issue, or other issues, regardless of invoked Crime Victims Compensation Act, which can foster legal and court's fees reimbursement to law firms.
Defendant is the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, PG&E Corporation, based in California.
Other Defendants and/or Respondents, and/or Appellants, within the State of California and the Federal Government Agencies, to be named therein some, or all of these numerous lawsuits, are County of San Bernardino Assessor, County of San Bernardino Tax Collector, Mojave Water Agency, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Lahontan Region, Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), California Department of Public Health (CDPH), (These Board, board's departments, and offices are under the umbrella of the California Environmental Protection Agency), California Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Since the Honorable Dianne Feinstein, US Senator, Barbara Boxer, US Senator, Nancy Pelosi, Congresswoman and Nora Campos, Assemblymember, were all involved in the Chromium 6 issues, they will be mentioned therein these lawsuits, as witnessing the sufferings and the toxic tort sustained by the Inhabitants, town of Hinkley, California.
Among various, multiple and immediate Restraining Orders to be filed with the Superior Court State of California, Civil and Criminal Divisions and the Federal District Court, Civil and Criminal Divisions, involving the Defendant, the Government Regulatory Agencies and the Inhabitants of Hinkley, California, are those stipulating the followings:
The Defendant shall be restrained from injecting fresh water in any water well, in an attempt to chase away the Chromium 6 Plume, in either the upper or lower aquifer below that well and immediately perform water test on Chromium 6 concentration in the water well next to it, or adjacent within one mile radius, all in an effort to provide fraudulent evidentiary to the Regulatory Government Agencies (the Lahontan Water Board), as to Chromium 6 plume concentration of less than 3.1 ppb (parts per billion). That is one of the many criminal counts for fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.
The County of San Bernardino Assessor / Tax Collector and Mojave Water Agency, shall be restrained, on a verified motion, to immediately suspend property tax collection from the Inhabitants in the town of Hinkley, California, on the undisputable ground that the real properties ground whole-house-waters in said town are all promulgated as contaminated and are at virtually zero-value assessment.
Others are in a process to commence litigations, not later than September 13, 2011.
