How a 15.9 Million Dollar La Jolla Home Could Build Baby Izaiah a New One
A high profile event in La Jolla, CA will be held in the name of Passion 4 K.I.D.S. (Kids In Desperate Situations) a 501 (c) (3) charity

On October 18, 2010, an Oceanside toddler, Izaiah Wallis, was being pushed in his stroller on the sidewalk by his grandfather on the way to the park when he was struck by a 17-year-old, drunk driver leaving him partially blind and paralyzed from the chest down, breathing through a tracheotomy and a ventilator. He requires 24/7 care and the financial and emotional toll this tragedy has taken on the young parents and rest of the family - not to mention Baby Izaiah himself - is unspeakable. The 17-year-old intoxicated driver had no insurance.
Baby Izaiah's family and other families of children like him are in dire need of financial assistance. Passion 4 K.I.D.S. does amazing work in supporting these families but raising the amount of funds necessary to truly make a difference is a daunting task. With this event, the Luxury Homes Group is setting out to make an enormous dent in the financial wall facing Passion 4 K.I.D.S.
In addition to the sale of the 15.9 million dollar estate, a silent auction will be held on site with 100% of proceeds going to charity. Auction items will be displayed at a staging area (TBA) in the La Jolla Village. Local San Diego sponsors and other businesses will also showcase a multitude of items available for purchase and a celebrity dinner is being planned all in support of charity. (See contact below for updated information)
The La Jolla home itself is worth the invitation to come and take a free tour. The 6 bedroom, 8,232 square foot home was designed around high-end art and antiques. It boasts wrought iron railings/fixtures from Jayne Mansfield's estate, antique furniture, early 20th century tapestries, oil paintings on elevator walls, & many wood statures & stone sculptures. Iron artwork & wine room door are from Esther Williams' estate and there's an antique Mantle from George Washington's home.
With support from organizations such as the Luxury Homes Group, Passion 4 K.I.D.S can continue their gallant efforts of providing assistance to the families and the victims of tragedy like Baby Izaiah.
As part of an international group that relocates executives from around the world, the Luxury Homes Group specializes in buying and selling beautiful homes in the most desirable of areas. "Community involvement and charitable contribution is an important part of our mission," states event organizer Marco Olivier. "We believe in making a difference.
