The body needs physical exercise in certain amounts, and not providing it with that will lead to various forms of diseases or disorders. Discomforts would be caused very easily and different kinds of health problems also erupt. Obesity or gaining of weight is the most common one amongst these. As a result, it is not advisable that the TV is viewed for more than a couple of hours or so a day.
Instead, go out in the park and take a walk in the fresh air, do some stretching exercise, take a bicycle ride or even a light jog is a good way of staying lively and fit as opposed to getting addicted to the small screen.
