The Tobacco Free Workplace policy is a direct response to the Sarasota County Health Department's "Healthy Sarasota County" program that encourages a tobacco free environment. In addition to prohibiting tobacco use at work, the law firm also provides information, support, and guidance to employees who are working to quit using tobacco. The Tobacco Free Workplace policy follows the firm's Drug Free Workplace policy, which was recognized by the Sarasota Substance Abuse Coalition in 2012.
