Guided Imagery along with the yoga practice can let any kid or person lead a healthy, contented and stress free life.

Kids feel really comfortable and stop fidgeting when a soft music is played and they are asked to imagine scenarios of life which they fear the most or something that they want in life desperately. Guided imagery helps in doing things that they normally, don't do in real life but want to do. Like, it improves the confidence in public speaking situation, with general shyness or any other situation
Power of imagination, proved medically, can be converted to power of healing whether it is physical healing or mental healing. Cancer patients are usually asked to work with imagination and the healing has been noticed.
