He has several accountants, managers, and business strategists. Guillermo Perales serves as a supervisor and advisor, managing the large-level decisions of the company and planning new acquisitions. He is a business expert who is certified as a CPA and earned a Master in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

In the franchises, Sun Holdings employees work in food service, cell phone stores, and other services. Sun Holdings has a large and diverse work force, and they continue to hire new staff.
