Adoption Agencies in Indianapolis Offer

As one of the noted adoption agencies in Indianapolis, the organization gives birthmothers a way to help each other.

Through this group, the agency encourages these women to make use of their arts and crafts skills to create and decorate "Memory Boxes". These boxes will contain new birthmothers' memorabilia of the children for whom they have made adoption plans.

Likewise, other birthmothers may contribute their own items for placing in the memory boxes. They may do so as a sign of support to women who are going through an emotionally trying time. This group allows new birthmothers to know that they are not alone and that they can learn from others who have gone through the same grieving process they are experiencing.
