The training was conducted by a professional trainer from the University of The Philippines Graduate Program Studies, Professor Lorenza Padojinog.

Prof. Lorrie as she wanted to be called focused on the importance of personal effectiveness, leadership, supervision and motivation in enhancing, stimulating and driving rank & file link associates to generate desired results targeted by the company. She emphasized on the value of creating an amicable organization climate to manage subordinates efficiently and effectively. Through her skills, expertise and firsthand experiences in supervisory positions, she effectively imparted the ways and attributes of a good supervisor and an efficient leader.

The activity was also joined by the administrators and the administrative staff. It is expected to build rapport and confidence among upper and lower level of management to cope with the demands of both the clients and link associates. It also awakened awareness on workforce diversity and attending to each difference without jeopardizing the company's mission for operation.

The training will boost the confidence of team heads in preparing their members to cope with expectations from the company and the clients. It will also guide them in influencing everyone in the workplace to exert extra effort, work enthusiastically and maximize resources to deliver maximum quality and productivity. Despite random changes and challenges, it will be easier to regulate negative reactions and transform it to potential opportunities.
