David Swanton Launches Personal Commitment to Fitness for 2013
David Swanton learned a great deal about fitness during his twelve year service in the RAF. For his New Year's resolution he is committing himself to fitness for 2013.

David Swanton has always been a fit person. Spending twelve years in the Royal Air Force will solidify physical fitness as a priority in your life. The RAF taught him the discipline he needed to continue to be healthy after he finished his twelve year service.
For 2013, David Swanton plans on participating in as many healthy activities as he can. "I'm looking forward to joining a lot of runs for fundraising as well as joining football and other sport clubs for people my age. I want to have fun while also getting into the best shape I've ever been in," said David Swanton when asked about his plans for 2013.
London is an ideal location for pursuing a personal commitment to fitness. There are plenty of bike trails throughout the city that provide for scenic routes as well as physically challenging terrain. Additionally, the city is full of indoor and outdoor facilities for a myriad of sports. David Swanton will be able to play tennis, football, go swimming, play racquetball, and many other activities year round.
Additionally, London has a variety of groups dedicated to amateur sports and other fitness activities. These groups are often broken down by age which will be good for David Swanton as he pursues his goals. Exercising with like-minded and friendly people makes everything a lot easier.
