Mumbai, India (prHWY.com) February 8, 2013 - New Delhi: Kobelco Cranes at bC India 2013 brings to India its most demanded 260 tonne hydraulic crawler crane. Built at its Sri City plant in India, the CKL2600i comes with the Japanese finest quality. The maximum lifting capacity and maximum crane boom length of the hydraulic crawler crane is 260t x 4.6m and 91.4 m respectively.

Four variable displacement piston pumps in hydraulic system are driven by heavy duty pump drive. Two of variable displacement pumps are used in the main hook hoist circuit, auxiliary hook hoist circuit, jib hoist circuit and each propel circuit. One of the other two pumps is used in the boom hoist circuit, and the other is used in the swing circuit.

The Boom Hoisting System is powered by a hydraulic motor through planetary reducer. A spring-set, hydraulically released multiple-disc brake is mounted on the boom hoist motor and operated through a counter-balance valve. Besides, front and rear drums for load hoist powered by a hydraulic variable plunger motors, driven through planetary reducers.

The cab is totally enclosed, full vision cab with safety glass, fully adjustable, and four adjustable levers for front drum, rear drum, boom drum and swing controls, and boom hoist pedal thus making it operator friendly. The crawler assemblies are designed with quick disconnect feature for individual removal as a unit from axles.

Equipped with Hino diesel engine P11C-UN and water-cooled, direct fuel injection, with turbocharger the 260 t product compiles with NRMM (Europe) Stage IIIA and US EPA Tier III.
