New York, NY (prHWY.com) February 6, 2013 - Violation of court rules creates a bad impression when it is done by a lawyer. The case came before the court on 8th and 9th November, 2004. Richard b. Slosberg was representing Sally Morse on a criminal case before the superior court when he was expecting to be formally appointed as the attorney of Ms. Morse for the following week. When he was not appointed, he considered the court as "very offensive" and that he was "screwed" many times before. He even tried to argue with the court using offending language and threatened the court of complaining to the presiding justice to the committee on judicial responsibility. His disrespect towards the court led to violation of Maine bar rules 3.1(a), 3.2 (f)(4) and 3.7 (e)(2)(vi).
