Now she is a health expert and professional, but Kristin N Lund also has years of experience in the business and administrative world, helping her maneuver her way up the ranks.

Peoria, IL (prHWY.com) January 21, 2013 - Kristin N Lund an individual distinguished in her field. Currently, she works as a wellness coach who partners with companies in order to help them lower their health care expenses and bolster the health of the company as a whole. But she's done much more than that!

By working as an Account Executive at the Magazine Collection Bureau, Kristin N Lund was able to improve sales leads and market directly to major magazine publishers. Kristin was able to single-handedly expanded corporate revenue by creating new sales channels for the company.

Afterwards, Kristin N Lund served as the Vice-President of Praise and Leadership Schools, where she had administrative duties over 80 teachers and staff members. Kristin N Lund was in charge of Human Resources as well as benefits and made sure that the programs that were being taught were top-notch and beneficial for the students. Having co-authored much of the curriculum, Kristin N Lund invested in both the teachers and students to raise the standards at Praise and Leadership Schools.

By 2001, Kristin N Lund was the vice-president of the Lund Capital Group. She handled investment opportunities ranging upwards of $100 million. While working with Lund Capital Group, it became apparent that Kristin N Lund was dedicated to ethical business practices and that she had a keen sense of predicting the market's moves.

All of these experiences have culminated in Kristin N Lund becoming the owner and president of Smart Health Resources, where she works with a team of coaches to help educate people about living a healthy lifestyle. Kristin N Lund has dedicated much of her life to ensuring that people learn more about healthy nutrition as well as exercise. Having struggled with weight and health issues herself, Kristin N Lund understands the challenges and consistently encourages her clients with her experience.
