Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, increased its volume of sunroom, patio cover, patio room and screen pool enclosure business in its home city by 6.7 percent in 2012, company President Christopher Noe said today.

MIAMI, Fla. (Jan. 15, 2013) - Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, increased the sales volume of its sunroom, patio cover, patio room and screened pool enclosure installations in its home city by 6.7 percent in 2012, Venetian President Christopher Noe said today.

"Miami installations make up a smaller percentage of total Venetian business than they used to, but not because our business in Miami isn't growing," Noe said. "Our Miami business is increasing, but demand for Venetian services and products is rising even faster in other parts of South Florida."

In 2012, Venetian Builders revenue from sunroom, patio cover, patio enclosure and screen pool enclosure installations grew by 85 percent overall, Noe said. The biggest increases in 2012 came in Broward County and Palm Beach County, Noe said.

"We're gratified that business in our original business center continues to grow, even as we reach out to new markets in South Florida," Noe said.

Venetian Builders began in Doral, Fla., in 2007, with most of its revenue derived from sales in Miami. Venetian continues to maintain offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and it operates a warehouse and fabrication facility in Oakland Park, Broward County.
