Affordability Boosts 2012 Venetian Builders, Inc., Growth in Sunroom, Patio Cover Business in Cooper City, Company President Says

Doral, FL (prHWY.com) January 15, 2013 - Combined sunroom, patio cover, patio enclosure and screened pool enclosure business in Cooper City, Broward County, increased by more than 1,000 percent in 2012 for Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, company President Christopher Noe said today. Noe attributes much of the demand to the need for affordable square footage provided by aluminum additions.

Miami, Fla. (Jan. 14, 2013) - Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, increased its sunroom, patio cover, patio enclosure and screened pool enclosure business more than tenfold in Cooper City, Broward County, in 2012, Venetian President Christopher Noe announced today.

Venetian experienced widespread growth in installations of aluminum additions throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties in 2012, Noe said, with the increase for each type ranging from 62 percent to 67 percent. Venetian Builders installs quality aluminum additions in a variety of price ranges in Cooper City, West Palm Beach, Weston, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Miramar, Homestead and surrounding communities.

Cooper City shares characteristics with other established communities where Venetian Builders sales increased sharply, Noe said.

According to census.gov, the Cooper City homeownership rate of 88.7 percent is nearly 19 percentage points higher than the state average. By far most of the ownership in Cooper City is in single-family, detached homes, the Census Bureau reports. It's also a stable community, with less turnover than the state average.

"Cooper City, like many of our centers for growth, is family-oriented," Noe said. "More than 25 percent of the city's residents are less than 18 years old, and again, that's solidly above the state average, according to census.gov figures."

Although Cooper City housing is well-maintained, many homes there lack the square footage of newer houses, Noe said.

"A Cooper City sunroom or patio enclosure is likely intended for the extra living space that homes in some newer communities might already have," Noe said. "With a well-planned insulated patio enclosure or sunroom, homeowners can get affordable but well-built living space, without the costs and inconvenience of moving."

Venetian custom-designs and custom-fabricates each addition, regardless of price. The company maintains a fabrication facility in its Oakland Park, Broward County, warehouse.
