Its the first marathi film where 300 adivasi people where brought on set for the shoot from the naxalite areas of Gadchiroli District. The movie was shot in dense forest of rawanwadi and has many big names of marathi industry from Upendra Limiye, Kishor Kadam, Milind Gunaji to Sushant Shelar. It is one of a kind story of adivasi people and their struggle for existance. Made on a budget of 2.5 cr rupees, the music is already hit in vidharbha region and spreading in maharashtra like a fire.

Producer Moreshwar Meshram is a well known social worker in Bhandara and is happy with the excitement people are showing about the movie's release which will be in March 2013. Director Shailendra Bagde has dared to cross many limits of marathi film industry. Some technical team was also from south film industry. From horses to tiger, fight to dance and entertainment, this movie contains everything that audience wants in an entertainer. Rela Re is the story of a culture of people who never knew that there is another world apart from theirs. They have their own way of living life, but it all changes when marathas enter their village. This story is of 17th century and what happens when another culture enters theirs is war of existence. Whether Rela Re will make buzz in box office is still unpredictable but it will surely make a place in marathi film industry.
