REO Property Management has been around for years, but just like firefighters who are not really noticed until there is a fire, so are the asset management companies, who come in to help the property owners take care of a spectrum of property types.

Or, if they do not have the means of financing a second mortgage for their real home, homeowners may even be willing to consider auctioning their home as way of selling it quickly. But both of these home selling options are notoriously dangerous. Bear in mind that a key drawback of equity release is that it works on the principle of settling old debt with new debt, and the rates of interests on such loans could be exorbitant.
