Phase 2 named semifinalist in Business NH Magazine's Best Companies to Work For in 2012
Phase 2 Medical, a leader in medical device manufacturing, has been named a semifinalist by Business New Hampshire Magazine as one of the Best Companies to Work For in 2012.
Each year, Business New Hampshire Magazine teams up with New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility and Bruce Mast & Associates to select the finalists after the Magazine Staff selects the 20 finalists.
The magazine cited Phase 2 medical device manufacturer for it many policies that keep employees happy and engaged long term. For example, Phase 2 medical device manufacturing pays metric based quarterly bonuses as well as a yearly profit sharing bonus. They also keep their employees involved through charitable, safety and "fun" committees. The employees also have numerous celebratory events each year, pride award recognitions, fresh fruit is provided every Monday and in summer months, the freezer is stocked with popsicles. To demonstrate that to err is human, senior staff members wear a chicken hat at the companywide weekly communications meeting whenever they've made a mistake.
