Noe said he expects further progress in West Palm Beach and surrounding communities in 2013.

MIAMI, Fla. (Jan. 4, 2013) - Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, increased revenue from the installation of sunrooms, patio covers, patio enclosures and screened pool enclosures in West Palm beach and Palm Beach County, Florida, by more than 300 percent in 2012, President Christopher Noe said today.

Venetian Builders is the leading installer of quality aluminum additions in South Florida.

In 2012, sales in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County totaled 4 percent of the company's sales, Noe said.

"We really established ourselves in West Palm Beach and surrounding communities in 2012, after serving mainly Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and smaller surrounding communities, such as Miramar and Homestead, through 2011," Noe said. Venetian Builders has offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and warehouse and fabrication facilities in Oakland Park, Broward County.

By expanding into Palm Beach County, Venetian is servicing an area that is above-average in the state of Florida for income, college education, homeownership, home value and median income, according to census.gov.

Venetian is experienced in delivering the kind of custom-designed additions that meet the demands of homeowners in West Palm Beach and other Palm Beach County communities, Noe said.

"We have built many sunrooms and patio and pool enclosures that exceed the tough Florida Building Code," Noe explained.
