Check out the comprehensive reviews on all diet programs!

December 29, 2012 - Actually it's not just New Year's Resolution Diets that fail. It has been estimated that 90% of all diets fail within a year and that number rises to over 98% within 3 years!
Do you know why this is? It's because diet program designers know that we are all lazy, so they do what they can to make the diet as easy and "fail proof" as possible. But the problem with this is that proper a proper diet and good nutrition is part of a complex system. Which machine would you consider to me more complicated and complex, the human body or a Honda Civic?
Let's assume you Civic isn't running very smoothly, will that improve if you put a higher grade of gas in the tank? Well not if your fuel injectors are still clogged. What happens if you fix that, but your oil is still dirty and the filter needs replaced? Well the car still won't run smooth. But you fix those things and still, it's not running like it should... What about the battery? How inflated are the tires? How is your timing and the spark plug wires?
It's the same with the human body. You can decrease your calories, but then you may fail to get enough protein and you'll lose muscle instead of fat... Switch to a high protein, low carb diet and now you're stressing your liver and kidneys and your cholesterol is on the rise... Try a lifestyle diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, exercise more, but the weight still doesn't come off!
In a perfect world a lifestyle diet "should" work for you, but the problem is that the food we eat today doesn't have nearly the same nutrition as the same food our grandparents ate. The world's population has nearly doubled in the past 30 years. Twice as many people means we need twice as much food. Our food now has been genetically modified and our fruit and vegetables have been grown in soil that has been made nutritionally bankrupt from years of herbicide and pesticide use. The meat we eat has been fed these same empty calorie bulk builders and then it has been shot up with steroids, growth hormones and antibiotics....
There are now over 100,000 chemicals commercially used in our products today, but only 560 of them have been tested by the FDA. Toxins are more prevalent now than they have ever been before. We are eating, breathing and touching all of them. Some of them are water soluble and can be eliminated by our liver and kidneys, but other toxins are fat soluble and our bodies protect us from them by encapsulating and storing them in fat. It doesn't matter how much you diet or exercise, your body won't release this fat if it doesn't have a way of dealing with the stored toxins.
So is there any hope of losing weight and achieving your optimum health? There certainly is. You simply need a Cleansing Diet that is high in nutrition, high in protein, low in calories, low in fat and carbohydrates, and also has the necessary trace minerals and botanicals that can convert the fat soluble toxins to water soluble toxins so they can be successfully dealt with by the liver and kidneys and excreted. But we all know that there is more to dieting than just nutrition. The "diet" also has to taste good and be convenient. You may think all of this is impossible but it's not. There are thousands of us who will be starting a 30 Day Fat Burn and Cleanse on January 7th, 2013. I'll be personally coaching members of my team to ensure they get optimum benefits. If you're interested in joining me and being part of that 2% of people who SUCCEED with their diets, please visit www.how-to-eat-healthy.com and sign up for my newsletter.
