Simply Apartments Magazine and SimplyApartments.com are recognizing the anniversary of their launch one year ago.

LAS VEGAS, NV (prHWY.com) January 2, 2013 - Parent company Fader Publishing a locally owned and operated publishing company, which also owns Las Vegas Distributing, noted deterioration in the market in terms of print apartment magazines. While the number of publications in the market remained the same - these companies Dominion Enterprises (For Rent Magazine) and Consumer Source (Apartment Guide) and NCI (Apartment Finder), after nearly three decades of training the consumer to use print guides in their search, decided that the internet was a more profitable course and tried to retrain the advertiser to that line of thinking and for all intents and purposes cut print runs in favor of their "internet story". With the known results they have been able to generate for many years with their superior print products in the Southern Nevada Market - Fader Publishing set out to return the high quality, full sized, print guides to consumers in the same format that they had been trained to use and did so with a resounding splash.

On January 4th, 2012 Simply Apartments launched in the Las Vegas market. Simply Apartments launched with the philosophy that if you print enough magazines to cover the market and get them picked up by active consumers, you will drive leads and leases for the advertisers. Couple that with a customer first philosophy, a larger, more reader friendly format than has been seen in the market for years, and favorable pricing relative to the competition and you are looking at one of the most successful print launches in recent memory.
